back home.. safe n sound..

finally, e last obstacle has been cleared.. after 9 mths of training.. e long awaited beret's finally firmly in grasp..

e final test, one tt not only tests e body but also e mind n spirit.. one tt requires an individual's full concentration, to draw upon his inner strength, determination n all to overcome.. a route march tt stretches from camp till east coast road.. a journey tt takes 22 hrs.. a once in a lifetime exp tt, i'm sure, no one will ever forget, judging by e tears tt were welling up when we finally reached back camp..

abrasions, blisters everywhere.. soreness, numbness, n fatigue sets in rapidly.. it is quite a wonder tt we're able to get up after every rest pt coz it's like repeating e toture all over again.. but we made it, all 124 of us..

n now, all of us can stand proud at e parade square, as everybody, frens n loved ones, witness our donning of e coveted red beret..
